We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, hospitality-minded and all around awesome people to join our team. In particular, we are currently hiring for the following positions:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead a kitchen, is creative and uncompromising when it comes to preparing high quality food. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities concerning all BOH operations and personnel, including food prep, food quality, menu and recipe development, cost management, supervision of a small kitchen team, kitchen set-up, sanitation and safety. You will have had at least two years’ experience in this role. Mexican and cafe experience are a plus.
We’re looking for an experienced baker with at least 2 years’ previous experience in this role. You will be responsible for developing and executing a rotating selection of seasonal, scratch-made pastries and baked goods. You should have particular experience in leavened, unleavened and laminated doughs, donuts, quick breads and breakfast pastries (both sweet and savory). Duties will include working with the Head Chef in connection with ordering, inventory management and menu/recipe development. Costing experience is a plus. Must be able to work night shifts and split shifts.
Pay is commensurate on experience. Standard benefits will apply. All applicants must be able to work holidays, weekends and split shifts.
